spent the afternoon cooking up a storm, here’s what I made:
mac and cheese bites (followed this recipe pretty close)
savory spinach, daiya cheddar, and tofurky muffins (halved this recipe and added peppered tofurky slices cut up plus fresh rosemary)
baked bbq tofu (kinda like this, but marinated the tofu first in a mix of barbecue sauce, soy sauce, veggie broth, lemon juice, and garlic)
not pictured:
peanut butter rice crispy treats cut into heart shapes and dipped in chocolate!!
is it totally obvious that I am trying to woo my crush with delicious vegan finger food? because that is definitely what I am doing. duh.
