I am sorry for the belated reply!
In my opinion, meditation is different for everyone. Everyone’s interpretation and experience  is different and tailored towards their own peace.  My advice is to do what makes you comfortable and try to focus into your own silence, your own calm.

One method I like is to slowly relax your muscles from your head, down to your toes. Focus on your breathing as your body moves into a relaxed state and just intensify that feeling to the point where your mind is freed from your body. At this point, I usually feel like I’m floating and I will just focus more on the calmness and stillness within me as well as my own breathing.

Although you are detached, you are complete.

But again, do what’s right for you, whatever unwinds the focus from the vision on your environment and stress, and refocuses the vision on your being

WHY YOU SHOULD DRINK A SHITLOAD OF WATER DAILY

●Drinks that contain caffeine (colas and coffee) are diuretics, which means they lessen the body’s ability to absorb and retain water — they rob the body of water.

●It is the most time efficient way of improving your mood and overall performance. It takes seconds to drink a glass of water, but the benefits last for hours.

●Combined with a healthy lifestyle, drinking water increases weight loss.
